We offer full-service and DIY options to help everyone during this this difficult and emotional time. 

FULL-SERVICE SALES - We take care of everything, at the end we can even clean out the remaing items or help find a donation center when possible. Commission ranges from 30% - 50% depending on the labor involved. There are typically no up front fees and no minimums. 

ONLINE SALES / AUCTION - We come to you, photograph and list the entire estate online. This is a good solution for estates that are in rural areas or HOA's that restrict on-site sales. Commission ranges from 30% - 45%. 

BUY-OUT - In rare cases, when time is the main factor, we may be able to offer a buy-out. We pay you a negotiated price and take everything. This is typically the quickest option and can be over in a couple of days. 

SELF- SERVICE - For smaller estate or families that want to take care of their loved ones estate personally. We provide you everything you need and even help with some of the set-up, pricing and labor. We help in pricing, provide advertising and all of the signage, tablea and equipment needed. This service is provided for a flat-fee, the family keeps 100% of the proceeds.

CONSIGMENT - If you only have a few items we offer consignment services. Commissions are typically 40% - 60%. We come and pick the items up and sell them in one of our online markets. We cut you a check each month.
